We want you to love your shoes from Charis & Doxa! If you're not in love with your shoes for any reason, you may request an exchange or refund.
- 30-Days: All returns, either an exchange or refund, must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Original Condition: Items are eligible for return if they are unworn and in the same condition as when they were received. Items must be returned in their original packaging. (Fees: $4.95 for missing or damaged shoe box, when applicable.)
- Non-Refundable: Rushed shipping costs, gift cards, and final sale items are non-refundable.
- Charges: We offer one size exchange or return at no additional charge on regularly priced items. Charges will apply on items marked "sale", "final sale", "discount" return/delivery.
- Submit Request: Use the form below and follow the online instructions to submit your request.
- Shipping Label: Once approved, we’ll email a prepaid return label to print and attach to your package for regularly priced items. Then take your package to any US Post Office or UPS Store. On sale or discount items you'll be responsible for return shipping.
- Process Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days, if you requested an exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees (see above). This may take up to 10 business days to process through your bank or credit card issuer.
